Lodging details

All attendees are expected to check in Wednesday 26 June between 11:00am - 13:00pm and depart on Friday, 28 June after 02:00 pm.

*Hotel accommodation costs outside of the event dates and transport from the Airport to the venue are at the attendee's own expense and need to be arranged personally. Scheduled transport to the airport will be available on 28 June so please indicate whether you need to book a spot at the end of this registration form.

HP attendees are expected to check in on Tuesday, 25 June before 12:30 pm and depart on Friday, 28 June after 02:00pm.

Only in exceptional circumstances pertaining to flight schedules can the HP staff member request an extra night’s accommodation prior to the event. These arrangements would need to be made with the HP Events team and Dale Kitchin.
Scheduled transport to the airport on 28 June is included and you will be required to confirm your spot on the transfer upon registration.

Transportation information

Getting to the event location from your destination will be at your own expense.
The Lisbon airport is 20 minutes from the city centre where the hotel is based and a taxi can easily be taken to the venue from the airport. Hotel address is R. Castilho 11, 1269-072 Lisboa, Portugal.
All transport to and from restaurants/venues as a group will be covered during the event.
On the final day of the event, HP has arranged scheduled transfers.
